The Town of Lawrenceville, Lawrenceville Volunteer Fire Department, and the Brunswick Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8, at 11 a.m. at the Old Southern States Turntable Park, 409 West Fifth Avenue, Lawrenceville.

If you would like to donate candy to put into the eggs or donate money to purchase candy or other necessary items, please bring or send your donation to the Lawrenceville Town Office, 400 North Main Street, Lawrenceville, by Monday, March 20. In addition, the Town is inviting businesses and organizations to participate in the Easter Egg Hunt by setting up a booth to share information with the attendees. If you would like to participate in this community event, please contact Kimberly Martin by Friday, March 31 at the Lawrenceville Town Office at (434) 848-2414 or via email at kdmartin@lawrencevilleweb.com.

The Town of Lawrenceville is also sponsoring a Downtown Business Easter Egg Hunt for the children. This egg hunt will be from March 20 - April 3. The ultimate goals for this project include children counting eggs in the storefronts with their families to bring foot traffic downtown, and to include and promote businesses through this project. The children who find the correct number of eggs will be entered into a drawing. If you would like to have an egg displayed in your storefront window, please contact Kimberly Martin at the Lawrenceville Town Office or by email by Wednesday, March 15.

Thank you for your continued support to our community. If you have any questions about these projects, please feel free to contact the Lawrenceville Town Office at (434) 848-2414.
