The Lake Gaston Community Center at 564 NC Hwy 46 Gaston will host a Community Health and Wellness Seminar on Thursday, May 18 at 10:00 a.m.

The seminar will include Northampton County representatives from the Health Department, Office on Aging, Register of Deeds Office, and Trillium (Behavior Health Services).

The seminar will provide vital information and services such as: blood pressure checks; blood sugar test; health education and incentives; referrals services for older adults; nutrition programs; meals on wheels; scam protection for important documents, and much more.
